Here are some pictures from the Castaway Toys panel discussion at Mego Meet.

Dave and "Boss" discussing future projects for Castaway.

They showed Jesse James and a new line of generic super hero costumes.  The costumes come either solid colors or with contrasting shorts.  There were a few different styles of suits and collars.  The backs had three snaps to avoid gapping at the waist and give an overall tighter fit.  The capes were unattached, but could be easily added to a suit.

A very detailed Nosferatu prototype was shown.  The head is final, but the hands may undergo some revision.

Also shown was the Creepy Classics line, starting with the Headless Horseman and the Invisible Man.  There was some discussion of having a magnet to attached the pumpkin head to the horseman while having it easily removable.  There was also talk of the Invisible Man's head being cast in clear plastic with the details painted on.  This would give an interesting effect of having the gaps between the bandages look transparent.  There was further questions of having a transparent body that were hinted at but not confirmed.
