By popular demand, Alien Costume Spider-Man vinyl decals:

I used the retro-action Black Manta with a Famous-Cover black Spider-Man hood.

It is very fiddly to get the back and front spider decals to line up on the side. The spider legs are a bit longer so they need to be trimmed where they come together.
